This policy covers naradasolutions.com, operated by Narada Solutions LLC. Information handled under a signed client engagement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

Only what you type into the contact form: your email address, your company name, and an optional message. There is no account system and nothing else is requested.

This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies for those purposes. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs.

To reply to you, and to send a confirmation that your message arrived. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Submissions are stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States, and confirmation email is sent through Amazon Simple Email Service. AWS processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.

Until it no longer serves the purpose it was given for, or until you ask us to delete it.

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honor those requests regardless of where you are.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
